I am seeking someone who would be willing to help establish a small school /homeschool outpost with me that welcomes families interested in Waldorf education and conducts classes in drawing, painting, and handcraft, with a potential for music elements several times a week. The children currently range in age from 6- 8, but could potentially include one that is currently 4. None have had any formal Waldorf Art instruction other than what I have provided. Unlearning conventional coloring might be part of our process. I have secured space and a few interested families, but what we don't have is a teacher. I'd love to talk to any local candidates that would be willing to work with us on a part-time basis, and get a sense of interest and experience. Salary would be commensurate with what we establish the job responsibilities and commitment to include. Projected start, etiher spring or fall 2012.
