Ideally we look for a Waldorf teacher family with same aged kids as ours (4 and 8) in order to teach the kids together. Instead of cash, bartering can be offered e.g. living space, land etc.. Possible foundation of Waldorf school later. We live pretty much self sufficient on Wilderness Ranch/farm with many animals and look for like minded people for the times to come.
