Seeking devoted Nanny!

I am looking for a Family Companion/Nanny for my 2 and a half year old son.
I need someone who is, above all, loving, gentle and kind. 
And who also possesses most of the following:
Familiar with the Steiner/Waldorf approach to childhood
Able to Travel
Excellent communication skills
Organized, tidy and clean
Attentive to details
Nurturing, patient
Respectful
Able to maintain a calm environment
Healthy cook
Able to share household duties (I also employ a house cleaner)
Has a strong work ethic
Relaxed and fun

The Position:
This is a full-time position, live-out but with regular overnights. You will be one member of a small "team" of nannies. My schedule is erratic and often not planned until the day before. So I need someone who is very available. I travel often for work. Periodically I will ask you to travel with me if I choose to bring my son on a specific trip. 
I'm offering a competitive salary and expect your diligence in return.
I love my son and am looking for the best person to be with him while I cannot be. My life is an unusual one with particularly unusual scheduling. 
It is important to me to have someone looking after my son who is well versed and practices in the Steiner/Waldorf approach to childhood. I myself received Waldorf Education and value it highly.
