Au Pair for New York area family starting June 2012

We have two children, 8 and 5, and our kids go to the Green Meadow Waldorf School in Chestnut Ridge, NY.

We are seeking an au pair to come to the US for a year. We'd like an English speaking Waldorf graduate and someone who is calm, fun-loving, a good disciplinarian and who isn't afraid of some tidying up.

After we've found an au pair, we will have her apply through Au Pair Care, or a similar organization. The benefits of this are many - including organizational support for the au pair and help with the visas. If you're interested, go to their website and read about the experience.

We're a fun, easy-going family and we live about 45 mins out of New York City. Our au pair will have lots of chances to travel and explore America, as well as her own small apartment.
