Experienced Mentor Teacher – Upper grades

Waldorf School of Louisville is seeking an Administrative Mentor. The next few years at WSL will include the growth and development of our upper grades program. We currently have a strong and experienced faculty in grades 1-5. The Administrative Mentor would ideally have considerable experience and training in the upper grades curriculum and experience in faculty administration.
The job would include strategic planning, program development and faculty development. Based on experience it may include working to develop a college of teachers, administrative efficiency and/or board and committee representation.
