Babysitter to help facilitate growth/fun -3.5 yr olds

We are looking for an engaging, thoughtful, creative and joy-filled Waldorf-trained person to come and interact with our 3 year old girls 2-3x week for 2-3 hrs each session. Playing, singing, cooking, exploring outside, building, etc....Teaching experience or training completion is not required.
