caregiver for 20 month old

Hello,
We are seeking someone to help care for our 20 month old son and have another due in May.

Dates/times needed: we are considering a caregiver for our child full time or Part time...we need a commitment to at least 3 days a week, we can do full time if preffered

Start date needed: immediately

Languages preferred/required: English.

Location/neighborhood: New York City, lower east side, near chinatown

children/ages: 1 boy (20 month old) and a new born ( due May 30th 2012)

Abilities required: some cooking, tidying up, keeping an organized schedule for little ones. Most important; be caring, fun and attentive with kids.

Please be familiar with attachment parenting.
