Position:  The Rudolf Steiner School seeks a colleague to join the science department who brings experience and enthusiasm for teaching physics, related mathematics courses, and relevant IT programming and software content. The core of this position includes teaching physics main lessons, electives, and labs in grades 7-12. The position also includes mathematics teaching in the same grades.

Strong candidates will possess a degree in physics or a related science and will have teaching experience, ideally in a Waldorf high school. As a member of the Upper School faculty, the science teacher will work collaboratively with colleagues on a daily basis and in regular departmental, area, and all-school meetings.  Additional responsibilities include advising students, travelling with classes on school trips, and continued professional development.
