Full Time Eurythmy Teacher

Emerson Waldorf School (EWS) Chapel Hill NC USA is now accepting applications from an enthusiastic Eurythmy teacher.

A primary task for this position is to establish eurythmy in our high school and middle school, however depending on the candidates strengths, possibilities exist for sharing the work thoughout the school. Therapeutic or Hygenic eurythmy skills would be a plus.16 classes is the maximum teaching load.

The teacher will join our experienced Eurythmy teacher and a committed, supportive faculty. EWS has a vibrant student body and a culture where Eurythmy is well-respected. Performance and mentoring opportunities are available.

Candidates must hold of diploma from a Eurythmy training recognized by the section for the Performing Arts of the Anthroposophical Society, Dornach, Switzerland.
There is a thriving adult class here and interest in further training.Our eurythmist has previously taught in eurythmy trainings and pedagogical trainings and is looking forward to welcoming a colleague.
