Nap Assistant

Our Early Childhood Center is seeking an assistant teacher to help with the transition to nap, carry nap-time and supervise afternoon play outdoors. We are looking for someone with a calm, quiet demeanor who is interested in a non-academic, developmental, nurturing, approach to early childhood education. To be considered, candidates must have completed 12 early childhood education (ECE) units. Completion of the three administrative units a plus. Candidates must be available Monday through Friday afternoons, 12:15-3:15 (possible substitution in the morning hours).

To be considered, candidates must have completed 6 early childhood education (ECE) units and be enrolled in at least two units each semester of employment until they have completed 12 ECE units. Candidates must be available mornings Monday through Friday. All state required vaccines must be current as well as having current TB test results. Candidate must also be CPR certified. Candidate must undergo Livescan (fingerprinting) and a background check prior to being hired.
