About the Position

High Mowing School is now accepting applications for an enthusiastic and experienced Math teacher for the 2018-19 school year. As a key member of our faculty, s/he is passionate about teaching high school students, working collaboratively, and advancing the mission of High Mowing School.

Specific Responsibilities

The position will include elements of the following:
• Surveying morning lesson
• Permutations & Combinations morning lesson
• Classes in: Geometry, Algebra 2, Pre-Calculus, Calculus or Advanced math (linear algebra, statistics, computer science/programming).
• Grade 7 and 8 track classes

High Mowing School is home to about 225 students in Preschool-grade 12, with 110 high school boarding and day students. HMS is committed to a caring, respectful and diverse community where academic success, personal growth, and social responsibility are highly valued and fostered.

The compensation for the position includes:
• Salary commensurate with experience
