Corvallis Waldorf School is seeking a qualified Pedagogical Administrator to join us and support the continued maturation of our school and community. CWS is an Associate Member of AWSNA, and we are looking ahead to accreditation, continued diversity, equity, and inclusion work, and campus development in accordance with programmatic needs.
The job description includes:
1) Ensure high quality Waldorf Curriculum and programs: PreK to Grade 8.
2) Programmatic planning and coordination
3) Classroom staff supervision and support
4) Parent relations and student support
5) Communication and support to the Board of Trustees

Ideal candidates will have a passion for Waldorf education, experience in elementary education, an understanding of working with parents, and the personal development and self-reflection skills to be effective in a collegial setting.

The successful candidate will have a background that includes Waldorf teacher training and successful teaching in a Waldorf classroom. We require excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. We prefer candidates with a college degree, and proven capacities for working with students, faculty, staff, and parents.
