The Administrative Assistant supports the Administration Team of Asheville Waldorf School.
Responsibilities: (10 hrs/week, this varies by time of year)
- Holding parts of the Admissions/Enrollment Process
- Overseeing the front desk as needed
- Assisting the Admin Chair, Administrative Office Coordinator, Director of Admissions, and Business Manager as needed.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate has computer literacy skills (including google suite, TADS, and ParentSquare). They are committed to the ideals of Waldorf education and demonstrate the desire and ability to foster an environment of inclusion and diversity, and they have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Weekly Admin meetings, as needed
- School-wide festivals
- Open House
- 3 parent meetings/year
