Set in Texas’ Hill Country with wildflowers and spring fed lakes and rivers, Living Oaks’ campus is nestled amongst the live oak trees, bluebonnets and dewberries on an inviting 10 acres. Living Oaks is drawing passionate and inspiring Waldorf teachers, families and individuals from across the country to join its initiative and community.
Living Oaks was born from a group of teachers and parents with roots in the Waldorf community. We are members of a Private Education Association who seek to teach our children in freedom and offer space to blossom through a land based and spiritually centered curriculum inspired by the teachings of Rudolf Steiner. Through collaboration with teachers, administrators, a board and parents we offer education for free thinking individuals in: biodynamic farming, husbandry, and sovereign living, within a community system that will allow us to thrive as humans. Living Oaks is excited to see life being breathed into our campus as children, parents, teachers and individuals come together in community.
Our Private Education Association is seeking candidates who are looking for a like-minded community filled with passionate teachers and parents to join us this fall as we embark upon our inaugural year. We are currently seeking a Music Teacher for the 2022/2023 school year.
