Have you always wanted to live in a tropical place, surrounded by nature and biodynamic fruit forests? Do you like the idea of teaching in an open air or outdoor classroom with a tight community of families?

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Waldorf early child educator to join our team to work with the our young children ages 3-6 years old. We are a micro international school project and have children from all over the world and speak several languages. We are looking for a teacher with experience in Waldorf education or a major passion to learn independently (certification is not required but a plus). Fluency in English or Spanish is required.

We are already operating with parent volunteers but feel having a proper Waldorf teacher would really benefit the children. Starting in April 2023, we can provide housing on our property and a monthly salary. If you are interested to bring your family, we would help you find a nearby rental.

We are only 15 minute from the Caribbean beach where there is a huge community of conscious families, yoga studios and lots of fun things to do.
