Woodland Star Charter School in Sonoma, California is looking to hire a new teacher for our 7th grade for the 2023-24 school year and beyond. This is a healthy well-formed class of 24 students with an enthusiastic and supportive parent group. They have had one class teacher over the past 6 years and have been well led and taught.

We are seeking someone who has Waldorf teacher training and a California teaching credential. However, if those certifications are in process and you are familiar with Waldorf education through your teaching experience, we would love to speak with you. We offer a competitive salary (plus a little more for Spanish bi-lingual and postgraduate degrees) as well as health, dental, retirement benefits, and a school year calendar designed for sustainable teaching and learning. We offer:

A competitive salary ($50,000 - $88,000) depending on training, education, and years of teaching experience
