Green Meadow is seeking a 60% salaried Spanish language teacher to inspire and guide students through a lower school curriculum infused with art, music, movement, drama, history, culture, festivals, traditional food, and social conventions of Spanish/Latin American cultures. Strong candidates should have a proven track record developing lesson plans and curricula based on an artistic and immersive experience in the Spanish language and cultures and an understanding of Waldorf pedagogy.  

Strong candidates will possess an advanced degree in language teaching or a related field, Waldorf teaching experience, and will have lower school and /or middle school teaching experience. Candidates should demonstrate an ability to foster healthy, culturally sensitive, collaborative relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Green Meadow is located in Rockland County, NY on a pastoral campus that includes a school farm, woodlands, and meadows.
