Now Hiring: Spark Studio Guide (Ages 4–8) – Acton Placer, Rocklin, CA
Are you a Waldorf educator seeking a fresh path in alternative education? Acton Placer is hiring a Spark Studio Guide for our mixed-age 4–8 year-old studio — an ideal opportunity for a teacher who values wonder, rhythm, creativity, and learner autonomy.
We’ve found that Waldorf-trained guides thrive in our studios. The Spark Studio blends Waldorf warmth and reverence with Acton’s learner-driven model, integrating elements of Montessori, Reggio, project-based learning, and Socratic dialogue. If you’re curious about new ways to support the whole child — and ready to co-create a joyful, purposeful learning environment — this could be your next adventure.

Monday–Thursday school week, with opportunity to earn Flex Fridays
