Coastal Oak's mission is to nurture a thriving and connected community that supports a healthy academic and social learning environment in harmony with the rhythms and beauty of nature. Family, community and relationships are intentionally supported and integral to the learning.

Utilizing a whole-child approach to academics with an emphasis on ethical individualism, the co-op pedagogy is richly infused with arts, integrated with nature and hands-on practical experiences.  We work together as a community of families, educators, leaders and mentors to foster resilient independent-thinkers and entrepreneurs.
