As a stand-alone, Public Waldorf high school, Credo receives graduates from nine K-8 Waldorf schools in our region, from Waldorf schools around the country, and from a growing number of local charter schools. Located in the heart of Sonoma County, less than an hour north of San Francisco and east of the Pacific Ocean, Credo is housed within SOMO Village, designed in partnership with the international nonprofit One Planet Communities, to be the model sustainable community in North America. Credo has a rich sustainability curriculum, and as a One Planet School adheres to ten rigorous sustainability principles (such as zero waste and all energy generated by solar).
All Credo students are on a college-prep track, and graduation standards exceed rigorous University of California application requirements. Seventy percent of our graduates proceed directly to a four-year college. Credo boasts a robust and successful athletics program for girls and boys and an exemplary music program for all students. Clubs and extracurricular activities contribute to rich student life.
