Hazelwood Outdoor Kindergarten is seeking a kind & competent caregiver to join our thriving all-outdoor Waldorf early childhood program! 

Hazelwood is an established urban forest kindergarten in Eugene, OR, led by two experienced and enthusiastic Waldorf outdoor educators. We are recognized as a full member by the Waldorf Early Childhood Association of North America. Our mission is to foster a deep connection to nature in early childhood so that it may be a source of strength and joy for a lifetime. 

Our morning hours are from 8:30 am -12:30 pm T/W/Th during the school year (other than holidays), and 9 am - 1 pm during our summer session. Our daily rhythm includes movement circle, free play, a neighborhood walk, artistic activities, story, and lunch. 

The position is part-time, with a starting pay range of $16-18 per hour D.O.E. We do not require Waldorf certification, but experience with children is a must.
