We are seeking an experienced, mature rota nanny to join our dynamic family. This is a 3-month rotation position for caring for our four children—from newborn to age six—providing nurturing, structured support. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available—if you don't already qualify, please don't apply). You must be extremely consistent in your service and always remain professional at all times.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years' professional nanny experience with multiple ages, including newborns/infants.
Montessori-style approach essential: child-led learning, independence-building, sensory activities for infants, and practical life skills for preschoolers.
Benefit if retired teacher or with formal early childhood education background.
Excellent English communication.
Mature, calm demeanor with strong organizational skills.
Valid driver's license, clear background check, and newborn care certification a plus.
References from similar family roles required.
Extremely consistent service delivery and unwavering professionalism in all interactions.
Responsibilities:
Infant care: feeding, soothing, sleep training, and diaper changes.
Daily routines for all ages: school/pre-school runs, meal prep, creative outdoor schedules, and engaging play-based learning.
Montessori-inspired activities: sensory play for babies, practical life skills, outdoor exploration, and age-appropriate group play.
Light household duties related to children (e.g. tidying).
Flexible coverage for evenings, weekends, and travel support.
