We are looking for a highly qualified director for our new, Waldorf inspired school on 29 acres in Los Altos, CA. Designed for students ages 5-7 with autism, this nature-based school uses Otto Specht curriculum. Director's duties will be to hire and retain teachers, day-to-day operations, and implementation of the founder's vision. Pay is market rate with full benefits and possible housing. This is a labor of love, as the school founder's own child will be attending. As the school is newly forming, we do not have weblinks or logos, but anticipate beginning this process in Spring 2026 with the school to open in fall 2026.
