The nature school embodies two aspects: first, it follows human nature and inner developmental laws to provide education suited to individuals; second, it collaborates with nature as an educational partner, fostering holistic human development and establishing lifelong connections and relationships with nature.
Concept
Humans exist as physical, soulful, and spiritual beings. Education should develop children comprehensively—hand, heart, and mind—cultivating fundamental human capacities including strong will (ability to complete tasks), emotions (empathy, aesthetics, social sensitivity), and balanced thinking.
Vision
To establish a co-built, shared, communal, nonprofit nature school, practicing education that suits individuals (utilizing nature as a classroom, starting from weekend and holiday schools). To create an educational and cultural community centered around the school and farm.
Mission
To create a diverse, inclusive community with shared beliefs; to educate children with love, care, imagination, and responsibility; to provide vivid, comprehensive experiences and balanced, holistic, consistent curriculum; to nurture the soul through artistic and lively methods, guided by mission-driven and versatile teachers; to fully develop children's courage, life skills, integrated thinking, creativity, lifelong learning abilities, initiative, understanding, empathy, sense of responsibility, and spiritual strength, along with their unique abilities; to help children find purpose and meaning in life, develop their true selves, move towards inner freedom, and actively participate in shared human experiences.
Model
Nonprofit model, raising funds through tuition fees, social donations, and educational fund injections; school property does not belong to any individual. Emphasizes teacher autonomy and home-school collaboration.
