Now Hiring: Part-Time Teaching Assistant

Location: Excelsior, Minnesota

Schedule: 2–4 mornings per week

Sweet Waters Childcare, a small Waldorf-inspired program in Excelsior, is looking for a kind, reliable, and nature-loving Teaching Assistant. We offer a warm, mixed-age environment (ages 2–6) that supports amazing kiddos and their families in a nurturing, play-based setting.

We spend a lot of time outdoors, so a love for nature and fresh air is a must! Experience with or interest in Waldorf education is a bonus. What matters most is a heart for children and a gentle, grounded presence.
