We are a group of engaged parents who have come together to create a special learning environment for our children and the community at large. 

Our learning pod requires someone with 5+ years’ experience working in pre-school learning environments, and specifically experience with children 3-6 years old. You will need to be proficient in Waldorf or a similar alternative education approach. Additionally, our education will be working closely with nature, so experience in nature-based learning is important. 

We are a Private Education Association, which gives us an opportunity to be creative and forward thinking. We are looking for an innovator and a leader. Someone who has been dreaming to create a learning environment that is based on sound principles and deeply rooted with contact with nature. You will be the visionary of a learning program and it will be your responsibility to create, organize and manage the project. It is an incredible opportunity for the right person. 

To achieve this, we have purchased a property in Wappinger Falls, NY on 1.4 Acres, which has a large house and a barn that can both be used for educational programming. The property also includes a two-bedroom cottage which is available for you to stay in, if you’d like, so you can move from anywhere to join us. 

Our new space opens September 2022, beginning with 3-6 year olds, with the intention to expand into older ages.

We are creating a space where children’s imagination is the inspiration for growth. A place where children develop to their true potential. A place where every child is respected, honored and allowed to express their passion and individuality. It’s here that we want our children to understand what it is to be human. Where they can tune into a deeper sense of being. The energy of the garden. The emotional condition of the animals. We want to nurture their ability to observe and listen.

We are really looking for a dreamer and an executor. Someone who wants to take a lot of initiative to create something unique and special. Although we will have discussions about philosophy and programming, it will be your responsibility to execute the vision that you bring with you.
