International Programs Coordinator
As we cultivate partnerships with Waldorf schools around the world and prepare to welcome an increasing number of international Waldorf students into our high school, LCWS is seeking a focused and enthusiastic International Programs Coordinator. This position will also be responsible for front office duties at our Upper School campus.
Our well-established K-12 school is both grounded and innovative, rooted in the tried and true Waldorf curriculum while also reaching into the future through an educational emphasis on social, racial, and environmental justice. We offer a vibrant learning community, a highly capable Board of Trustees, and a clear and collaborative governance structure. Our two campuses are located in beautiful northwestern Vermont. In addition to offering many outdoor recreational possibilities, the local area is rich in artistic and cultural activities and features a major University and several fine colleges.

This position is responsible for the implementation and support of all international student programs including Fuyuan Waldorf School Partnership, foreign exchanges, and other international student coordination. This position also serves as an administrative anchor at the Bostwick Rd campus to support teacher and student safety and wellbeing.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a base salary of $41,200 plus increments for experience or additional qualifications. Eligible Employees also receive a healthcare stipend, 403(b) account, professional development funds, and tuition remission.
Foundation Studies or related baseline of knowledge about Waldorf pedagogy
School program administration or related experience
Excellent computer skills including database and spreadsheets. Ability to learn and use computer resources in support of the work. Demonstrated proficiency with Google Suite including spreadsheets, databases, and e-mail communication is required
Demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple tasks and complete those tasks within established deadlines
A commitment to working in a collegial and culturally-informed way with parents, students, and faculty/staff
Acquire and maintain up-to-date training, certifications and other requirements as mandated either by law or by school policy
Willing and able to acquire basic vocabulary skills in multiple languages in order to be welcoming and to support students in moments of distress.
