Grade Seven Teacher
City of Lakes Waldorf School is seeking a qualified and inspired class teacher to join our faculty as our seventh grade teacher for the remainder of the 2021-22 school year. Qualified candidates will have a college degree, experience in the classroom, a strong interest in Waldorf education and proven capacities for teaching. We are seeking individuals who are committed to excellence in teaching, educational equity and anti-racism, parent education and dialogue, self-development, collegial cooperation and an openness to working out of Anthroposophy. City of Lakes Waldorf School is dedicated to educating the whole child through an artistic, developmental and inclusive approach. Qualifications and Benefits: Ideal candidates are Waldorf trained teachers with a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of teaching experience. Qualified teachers without Waldorf training will be expected to attend a Waldorf certification program supported by school funding. Diverse candidates are encouraged to apply. We offer a base salary of $46,250 with increments for teaching experience and education.
