Emerson Waldorf School (EWS) is seeking an enthusiastic Eurythmy teacher to join our faculty for the 2022-23 school year.
EWS has a thriving eurythmy program, a dedicated eurythmy room with a sprung floor, a vibrant student body, supportive colleagues, and a culture where Eurythmy is well-respected. Performance and mentoring options are available.
We welcome all applications. Our ideal candidate is an experienced Waldorf Eurythmy teacher who has solid, demonstrated skills working with grade school students and the ability to work with diverse neurological needs, as well as a deep understanding of the Waldorf pedagogy and a serious commitment to anthroposophy and education. We need a strong, professional teacher who is interested in joining our efforts toward school innovation in the areas of diversity and equity, ready to help reimagine our Waldorf school to create a more inclusive and equitable school program and environment. The successful candidate will have pedagogical training and a eurythmy diploma recognized by the Goetheanum.
We are looking for the candidate who best suits our students and our community, and who best aligns with our school’s strategic priorities.
If you would like to join our exceptional faculty, please email a resume, cover letter, and three references to Therisa Pienaar at email@example.com.
