Lower Grades Teaching Position Opening for Fall 2023
The Upper Valley Waldorf School, located in Quechee, VT, is currently accepting applications for a fully trained Waldorf class teacher to take a Lower Grades class for the fall of 2023.
We are a Pre-Kindergarten through Eighth Grade school with a current enrollment of 132 for the 2022-2023 school year. We offer a rich Waldorf curriculum, which includes French, woodwork, handwork, art, movement, instrumental music, and chorus. Our school holds a dual accreditation with AWSNA/NEASC, and we completed a capital campaign in 2018 resulting in new classrooms for our Grades 5-8 students. It is an exciting time to join the UVWS faculty! There are several other Waldorf schools within two hours drive, as well as the New England Waldorf Teachers Training Program at Antioch University in Keene, NH.
