City of Lakes Waldorf School seeks a Lead Preschool Teacher to join our Loring Campus faculty in the 2023-24 school year. The teacher will be responsible for providing a Waldorf Early Childhood education to our students, ages 3 to 4. Qualified candidates will have a college degree, experience in the classroom, a strong interest in Waldorf education and proven capacities for teaching. We are seeking individuals who are committed to self-development, educational equity, and inclusion.  A love of children and a demonstrated capacity to work well with parents is required. The teacher must work collaboratively within the school as a whole, and within the Early Childhood program, which consists of Parent/Child, Toddler, Preschool, and Kindergarten classes.

Qualifications and Benefits: Ideal candidates are Waldorf trained teachers with a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of teaching experience and a willingness to work out of Anthroposophy. Qualified teachers without Waldorf training will be expected to attend a Waldorf certification program supported by school funding.
