We are in the process of starting a new school with a true Waldorf-inspired curriculum. We are looking for people with a special character and a special will to work in a practical way from what we have been given as our start. We are not working with utopian dreams. We are at times forced to do things in unconventional ways. We are looking for people who can pull together with us and work to overcome the challenges we will inevitably face. One thing we can offer is the chance to be a part of creating a new community and the culture that can grow out of that. And we can promise a community that will be grateful to have you, as it appears we will be on a waiting list before we even start our first school year.

We are not an AWSNA member school. Though we leave the door open for that in the future. The Founder of the school, and the small core faculty we have so far, are very dedicated students of Rudolf Steiner's teachings. It is also a mission of ours that we should live for the age of Michael and the Michael Prophecy by being open about anthroposophical teachings and perspectives in down to earth ways that can be approached and understood by people of other faiths and beliefs, as we open our arms to a community of people who think and believe differently according to their own karma and biography. We do not believe there is anything to be afraid or ashamed of in Steiner's teachings.

We are seeking experienced Grades teachers and will consider Specialists as well, especially in the arts and music. We expect to have an enrollment of between 50 and 70 (depending on the capacities of the faculty) students for the 23/24 school year ranging in age from 3yrs to 8th grade. We will begin with mixed age groups. We have an amazing group of new teacher assistants from the local community who will be going through our teacher training program this Summer and we have a handful of experienced Waldorf teachers and specialists as well.

We are located on a beautiful 10-acre horse farm where we have many opportunities to grow and create wonderful programs for our students and community. The area around us is thriving and the reception we've received so far has been overwhelming. Our hope is to utilize our campus to create a true community hub.

Our salary and benefit packages are very competitive and we will have opportunities for growth as we expand to include a High School in the future.
